Step 1

Crush and dry: Some of the raw materials are needed to pre-treatment before feeding. When their diameter is larger than 20mm and moisture is larger than 15%, we need to equip the crusher and dryer for your project.

Step 2

Carbonization and discharging: Preheat the reactor and convey the dried raw materials to the feeding hopper by belt conveyor. Then, feeding the processed biomass materials into the reactor. Take the coconut shell as an example, it takes about 18-20 minutes for high temperature pyrolyzing. Then, the charcoal would be discharged safely by a water-cooled screw auto discharger.

Step 3

Combustible gas generation: After feeding, it takes about 10 minutes to generate combustible gas. The combustible gas is delivered to a cyclone de-dusting system for desulphurization and dust removal. After purifying, the combustible gas will enter into the condenser and will produce tar and wood vinegar.

Step 4

Heating gas recycling: The rest gas will be burned and will provide continuous heat for the reactor. And then the gas would be cleaned by the cyclone de-dusting, water spray, ceramic ring absorption, and the defogging plat. After cleaning, the flue gas would be discharged.
