What Is The Material Carbonization Temperature, Outlet Temperature, Furnace Temperature, And Rotating Speed?

Carbonization temperature of the material: It is also the reaction temperature of the material. Biomass is generally 380 degrees Celsius – 550 degrees Celsius.

What Are Heating Materials For Carbonization Furnance?

Diesel, LPG, natural gas, and recycled biogas from the carbonization process are good available choices as heating materials. For different heating materials, it is better for you to equip the related burners. The preheating time is usually 60-90 minutes.

How About Exhaust Emissions?

Besides charcoal, wood vinegar, and tar, you can get biogas during the whole carbonization process.

First: The combustible gas can be used as heat material for heating the carbonization furnace. In order to reach the energy-saving purpose, we can adjust the usage of combustible gas in the furnace on the basis of the actual situation of gas production. In the best state, you don’t need to purchase other fuels for heating furnace. The recycled combustible gas can satisfy all the heating fuel needs.
