Working Process of Fully Continuous Tyre Pyrolysis Plant
Pre-treatment: Pull out the steel wire and cut the tires into small pieces.
Automatically feeding: With a screw conveyor, the processed waste tires are conveyed to the reactor.
Preheating: The preheating process of tire oil plant takes about two hours. When the reactor of temperature reaches 180 degrees, it begins to pyrolyze. The burner can be fueled by diesel, LPG, natural gas, or of course pyrolysis oil.
Oil gas produced: When the reaction starts, the oil gas is being generated. Then, through the manifold, the heavy oil gas and light oil gas can be divided. The heavy oil gas can be reserved in the oil sludge tank. At the same time, the light oil gas enters into the condensing system.
Condensing: The light oil gas is condensed and liquified here. Then, the oil is reserved in the oil tanks. After condensing, some non-condensable gases left. Through purified by the hydroseal, the non-condensable gases are back to the furnace to be burned as a heating source.
Carbon black: the carbon black is discharged through an auto cooling discharger. Then, it is reserved in the ash tank. Carback black is packed in bags and is transported out by the truck.
De-dusting system: The de-dusting system is used to purify the hot smoke generated from the process. It contains water washing, water spray, ceramic ring adsorption, and activated carbon adsorption. After the treatment, the exhaust gas can be released without pollution.
