Main Parts of Hazardous Waste Treatment Plant
Rotary Kiln Incinerator:
Application: it is the main disposal site for treating hazardous waste. When burning temperature reaches 800℃, hazardous waste will be turned into slag and exhaust gas.
Second Combustion Chamber:
Application: It is used to further destroy hazardous substance(dioxin).
Component: shell, refractory and auxiliary burner, etc.
Temperature: in the furnace, it is around 1100℃.
Heat Exchanger:
Application: lower exit gas temperature; use the afterheat of smoke to form steam or hot water for other usages.

- Incineration process: hazardous waste are needed to go through water evaporation, volatile emission, ignition and combustion processes in rotary kiln. Ash can be discharged via discharging device of kiln tail.
- Flue gas purification process: after smoke entering into second combustion chamber, smoke can achieve complete combustion though mixing with second combustion air.
- Exhaust gas emission: exhausts meeting standard emission are discharged into atmosphere.
