How to Turn Plastic Into Fuel

Plastic Pyrolysis:

Feeding the plastic into the reactor by manual or auto feeder, then fire the fuel oil to heat the reactor. After the temperature increases pyrolysis degree, the oil gas will be generated.

Condensing:

The high-temperature oil gas enters the mainfold, the purpose of a manifold is to separate sludge oil from oil gas. Here, the heavy components are liquefied and stored in the oil tank. Light oil gas will rise into the oil condenser being liquefied and get into the oil tank. The un-condensable gas is purified and stabilized by hydroseal, one part will be recycled to heat the reactor, and another part will be burned out in the waste combustion chamber or reserved in an airbag to use later.

De-Dusting:

The high-temperature smoke gas produced from the chamber is cooled from 400 to 200 degrees through a flue condenser, and then the cooled smoke is led into the de-dusting tower through the draft fan, then exhaust through the chimney after dust removal and deodorization. The de-dusting tower consists of three parts, water induction, ceramic ring adsorption, and water spray.

Discharging:

The carbon black will discharge from the rear end of the reactor by the auto screw discharger firstly, then the water-cooled discharger transports the carbon black to the carbon black box. The discharge will take about 2 hours. This is a water pool with a cooling tower, providing the recycling water for the whole production line.

Oil Yields From Different Raw Materials

Acceptable plastics: PE, PP/PS, ABS/Bags of instant noodles, pure white plastic, fishing net, safety net, plastic trademark, paper mill scraps, household garbage, pure plastic cable, clean plastic bags/sinking materials. Generally, relatively clean or a single plastic, the oil rate of 40-60% (this data is based on pilot data), the oil rate based on the rate of heating, and there are differences in the laboratory data between 70-80% of the oil rate of a small test.
