Pre-treatment: Pull out the steel wire inside the tire;

Cut the tire into the block and crush the tire block into small pieces with tire crusher: 2-5cm;

Feed material: Feed small pieces of ready raw materials into pyrolysis reactor with a conveyor.

Oil gas produced: Hot air from the burning room will enter the reactor to heat the furnace. When the temperatures in the reactor reach the relevant degree, the oil gas will be produced.

Separate oil gas: Oil gas will enter into the manifold. Here, heavy oil and light oil will be separated and will play their own functions. Heavy oil will drop in the heavy oil tank. Light oil will go up to the condenser. Then, fuel oil will be produced and will go to the oil tank. Meanwhile, the combustible gas will be desulfurated and cleansed in the hydroseal. Combustible gas will be fully recycled to heat the furnace. 30% of fuel will be saved in the whole pyrolysis process.

Dedusting system: We offer four dedusting steps for mobile pyrolysis unit: water washing, water spray, ceramic ring adsorption, and activated carbon adsorption. The emission can reach the EU emission standard. You can choose the corresponding dedusting system for your small pyrolysis unit project according to your national standard.

Carbon black and steel wire: Use the magnetic separator to divide carbon black and steel wire. Then, transport them into the storage tank.
