The reactor body, main reactor door, front, and rear sealing head, and other materials are made of national standard special boiler steel Q345R. Q345R steel can guarantee the efficiency of heat conduction and long service life.

With a screw conveyor, the processed small pieces of raw materials can be conveyed into the reactor quickly. We designed the air seal function to prevent the air from entering the reactor.

When the temperature in the reactor reaches a certain degree, the plastic and tire begin to pyrolysis and produce oil gas. Oil gas will enter into the manifold. Then, oil gas will be separated into two kinds of oil: heavy oil and light oil. Heavy oil will drop in the heavy oil tank. And, light oil gas will go into the condenser.

The condenser system is used to condense the light oil gas into fuel oil. The fuel oil in the condenser will go to the oil tank.

There are four steps to totally purity the exhaust gas. They are water washing, water spray, and ceramic ring adsorption, and activated carbon adsorption. If you equip all of them, your project can achieve no pollution emission. It can fully meet EU emission standards.
